These Red Bulls Will Be Part of the US Tour!
Pre-season in New York and Miami | Friendlies against Aston Villa and Wolves | RBL Head Coach Marco Rose calls up 17 pros and 9 youth players
Kick-off is around the corner!
From July 28th to August 4th, the Red Bulls will be preparing for the upcoming season in the USA. As part of the tour, Marco Rose and his team will first move into their base camp at the New York Red Bulls Academy in Whippany (New Jersey), then they will head to the "Sunshine State" in Miami, Florida.
In addition to the intense training sessions, our players will also have two high-caliber tests: on July 31st they will play against Aston Villa (8:00PM local time), and to finish off the US Tour, the Red Bulls will face Wolverhampton Wanderers on August 3rd (7:30PM local time).
In total, 18 players will be in the United States for the preseason. Castello Jr. will be competing with the French National Team at the Olympic Games in Paris. The EURO 2024 finalists and semi-finalists will remain in Leipzig after a well-deserved vacation. Xaver Schlager is continuing his recover after tearing his cruciate ligament. Christoph Baumgartner is also undergoing rehabilitation in Leipzig following his knee operation.
