Have you bought tickets but can't be there on match day?
Generally, you have the opportunity to place your ticket(s) for our Bundesliga home games on our ticket exchange. To do this, simply log in to our online ticket shop using your RBLogin and then click on "Ticket 2nd market".
If your ticket is resold via the ticket exchange, payment will be made within 7 working days of the resale to the bank details stored in your user account. It is not possible to offset this credit against further ticket purchases or other RB Leipzig items.
When does the ticket exchange open?
The ticket exchange opens at the same time as pre-sale of tickets for the respective match.
For example, a ticket from a season ticket holder can be transferred to another user. Please use this option to give as many RB Leipzig fans as possible the opportunity to watch the match live. If you buy a ticket from the ticket exchange, please keep in mind whether it is necessary to upgrade the ticket.
Tickets from the ticket exchange can be paid for by credit card, PayPal or instant bank transfer.
