Information for away fans
Welcome to the RB-Arena and welcome to Leipzig! To make your visit to the stadium as pleasant as possible, we’ve rounded up all the information you need.
Key information summarised:
- Important: Please go to the standing or seated area allocated on your tickets. If you have bought a seated ticket, you cannot enter the standing area. If you have a standing ticket, please stand close together and do not stand on stairways or in access routes.
- Use of the neutral ticket app is required in order to access the away block.
- Sectors B and D in the home area are fan blocks. The wearing of away team colours is not permitted here and only fans in RBL fan clothing or neutral clothing will be admitted.
Anyone in the RBL fan blocks who clearly identifies as an away fan (e.g. by cheering for the visiting team) must leave the home area.
- Only cashless payment is possible inside the stadium.
- Only bags and backpacks with a size of A4 or below can be taken into the stadium.
- Power banks are not allowed.
Parking
Arrival by car
There is no designated parking space for away supporters. In addition, the parking facilities in the vicinity of the stadium are very limited.
We recommend that you use the signposted park-and-ride car parks "Leipziger Messe", "Schönauer Ring", "Plovdiver Straße", "Völkerschlachtdenkmal" and "Lausen" in the city area and use public transport to get to the stadium.

Arrival by fan bus
Fans arriving by bus can catch the bus at "Landauer Brücke". Guidance to the away section of the stadium will be provided by stewards.
RB-Arena
There are the following things to consider when entering the RB-Arena:
- Stadium layout and route plan
- Stadium regulations (in German)
Please note that there will be no away ticket office on matchday. In addition, access to the away fan block is only permitted with neutral clothing or clothing in the colours of the away team. The same applies to fan items.
We would also like to point out that only cashless payments are permitted in the RB-Arena.
Prohibited fan items
- Two-pole banners
- Large banners covering multiple rows
- Waving flags
- Banners without B1 certificate
- Coloured tape
Entrance and away blocks
There will be consistent controls at all entrance points. Fans wearing clothing represent the opposing team will not be admitted to Sectors B and D. In the away block, access is permitted with fan clothing of the visiting team or in neutral clothing.
We recommend that you arrive at the stadium in good time. Only then can we guarantee that you will be able to catch kick-off in the stadium.
RBL Ticket App
Tickets for the RB-Arena will be issued exclusively as mobile tickets via the RBL ticket app. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded free of charge via the respective stores.
