RB Leipzig youth trials
2021 is set to see the return of RB Leipzig's youth trials. We will provide you with all information on the Red Bulls' talent scouting schedules at Cottaweg in Leipzig shortly.
THIS IS THE RB LEIPZIG YOUTH TRIAL
Station Training & Best Players Game:
The RBL youth trials have been taking place since 2013. So far, more than 3,000 football-crazy girls and boys have taken part. So far, 100 players have made it into one of RB Leipzig's youth teams.
At the trials, our youth coaching team primarily assess ball control, performance in game situations, general athleticism, as well as coordination and speed. At different stations, the young players can show how good they are on the ball.
The most talented players at each age level are nominated for a best of-the-day game. At the end, the most talented youngers receive an invitation to the team training of our junior teams at the Red Bulls' training centre.
Turbo for Talents course:
Also integrated into the program is the "Turbo for Talents" course run by our partner Porsche. Here, the girls and boys can show how fast they are and win great prizes.

Programme
Every year, there is an exciting program at the RBL trials - with of course our mascot Bulli be right in the middle. The Red Bulls from the first team will also be stopping by for autographs and photos and will definitely have a tip or two to share.
You can also take part in Porsche's "Cayenne Goal Wall Shooting" shooting goal drill, work your magic at table football and take part in many hands-on activities.
Of course, your families and friends are also warmly invited to the RBL training centre at Cottaweg. Admission is free on all trial days.

1 Registration, changing (possible from one hour before the start)
2 Welcome and division into four groups of 15 children each
3 Warm-up (catch and relay games)
4 Technique training
5 Five-a-side with three teams
6 Best of the Day Game
7 Invitation of the top players to team training at RB Leipzig
8 End of day

FAQ
It is important that you belong to one of the above-mentioned age groups. If no age group is specified, it has not yet been confirmed. You should be athletic and already play football regularly - preferably in a club.
If you were born earlier or later than the specified age groups, participation in the trials is unfortunately not possible.
Please send an email to kaderschmiede.rbleipzig@redbulls.com and we will remove you from the registration list.
This is very important, because doing so makes it possible for another child to take part.
No. You do not have to register again in this case. Just send us an e-mail with the correct information to kaderschmiede.rbleipzig@redbulls.com.
We will send you an e-mail confirming your participation at least one week before the event. Please then confirm once again that you can take part.
Due to the very small number of parking spaces at Cottaweg, we ask you to preferably use public transport. Alternatively, you can also park on the nearby Erich-Köhn-Straße.
We recommend that you bring sports clothing suitable for the weather, astro turf football boots and shin pads. You will also receive a vest from us so that our coaches can identify you.
Please remember to return the vest at the end of the day.
