Fostering talents and unleashing their full potential: This is a goal that RBLZ Gaming has pursued since its inception. The project "RBLZ YoungStarZ" was launched to promote eSports both nationally and internationally and to provide a platform for aspiring players.
The focus is on supporting emerging talents and establishing a sustainable project. Talents are to be developed and integrated into RBLZ Gaming's professional squad. Regular scouting tournaments and boot camps provide optimal opportunities for talented players to demonstrate their skills and further develop in the professional environment of RBLZ Gaming.
So far, four players have been admitted to the YoungStarZ program:
Here we introduce the quartet of young talents.
Nick is one of the four founding members of the RBLZ YoungStarZ team. Since 2023, he has been training with RBLZ Gaming with the goal of competing with the world's best EA FC players in a few years. Nick spent four years living in Austria as a child before moving to Berlin with his family. Currently, he is still attending school in Berlin and aiming to achieve his high school diploma (Abitur).
Despite being only 15 years old, Nick has already made a name for himself in several tournaments. He has won several smaller offline events as a native Austrian. His journey to RBLZ Gaming began through his participation in Arena Zocken in Leipzig, where he emerged victorious in the U16 bracket. Nick attended this year's Virtual League finals as a spectator and witnessed RBLZ_Levyfinn become the German runner-up.
• I often went to offline events and occasionally managed to win them.
• In 2023, I participated in the Arena Zocken event hosted by RB Leipzig. With a victory in the U16 bracket and support from my management, I secured a place in the RBLZ YoungStarZ.
• This makes me proud and is an important step towards becoming a professional.
• I train for at least three hours daily.
• During that time, I don't just play aimlessly, but also watch gameplay videos of myself as well as successful professionals.
• During major tournaments, I try to observe and learn from others.
• Actually, one in which I didn't even participate myself.
• Watching the finals of the Virtual League and watching RBLZ_Umut, RBLZ_Vejrgang & Co. in action was a great experience and reminded me once again why I put in effort every day.
• I play football at a club four times a week. Additionally, I enjoy meeting up with friends.
• I aim to develop into one of the best players as quickly as possible and soon make it into the Virtual League.
Samuel's last name is already recognized in the EA FC world. The 15-year-old talent from Dortmund is the younger brother of "Predator", who currently plays for VfL Bochum and has also played for SV Werder Bremen. Just like his older brother, Samuel also aims to soon be part of the EA FC elite.
With the support of RBLZ Gaming and his brother, Samuel aims to make this leap in the coming years. In 2023, he joined the RBLZ YoungStarZ, after previously playing for SCP9 - the team of football professional Sebastian Polter. Samuel demonstrated his immense potential with 132 consecutive wins in the Ultimate Team Weekend League.
• In FIFA 22, I played a lot and occasionally even won against professionals. When FIFA 23 was released, I switched to SP9.
• In FIFA 23, I improved significantly, and when FIFA 24 was released, RBLZ Gaming signed me for the RBLZ YoungStarZ.
• Mostly three hours daily, but that varies significantly and depends on the season timing.
• Especially training matches against better players help me improve.
• Achieving 132 consecutive wins in the Weekend League was particularly special for me.
• Winning that many games in a row requires not only skill but also a lot of discipline, and I'm proud to have accomplished that.
• In my free time, I enjoy playing football and darts.
• I aim to become one of the best players in the world in the long term. My brother supports me greatly in achieving this goal someday.
Pawel grew up in Austria. Before his early passion for football and EA FC (formerly FIFA), he was mainly interested in cars. Pawel spent his days with his father at his garage. Later on, football gradually began to occupy more of his time and attention—both in real life and virtually. It quickly became apparent: Pawel has great talent.
With his second place in the Austrian eLeague and participation in the FC 24 World Championship Play-Ins, Pawel has already shown that he is a force to be reckoned with at major tournaments. At RBLZ YoungStarZ, he aims to eventually make the leap to the top.
• With my successful participation and second place in the eBundesliga, I was able to attract attention to myself.
• My management helped me take the first step into eSports.
• Two to three hours daily.
• During this time, I do a lot of practice games, for example, training defense against attack, different attacking strategies, and corner kicks.
• Participating in the World Championship Play-Ins was an incredible experience. But I will always remember winning the Cup der Kleinen Zeitung in Munich as well.
• Playing football, jogging, and swimming.
• I want to become a top player, compete in the Virtual Bundesliga and international tournaments for titles someday. Overall, I aim to continue developing both personally and as a player.
At just nine years old, Alihan reached the top ranks in the Weekend League. When he first shared his results, nobody believed that a nine-year-old could be that skilled. Now, several years later, everyone believes him. Alihan is among the greatest EA FC talents in the world and part of the RBLZ YoungStarZ team.
Alihan grew up in Velingrad, a city in the southern part of his homeland Bulgaria. Being part of the YoungStarZ fills him with great pride. It marks the beginning of a successful journey to someday become one of the best.
• I started playing ambitiously back in 2018 when I was only nine years old and connected with the best Bulgarian players.
• Since then, I have steadily improved – joining RBLZ YoungStarZ in 2023 was the logical next step.
• At least two hours, but on average four to six hours per day.
• The fact that RBLZ Gaming signed me was a big deal for me.
• Feeling this trust is important for my game and my further development.
• I hang out a lot with my friends and watch a lot of football.
• I want to become world champion - I will give everything for that.
