RB Leipzig will complete an additional friendly game consisting of two 30-minute halves on Saturday (31st July). The opposition for the training game will be Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal. The game will take place behind closed doors.
On Saturday at 16:00 CEST, the Red Bulls will take on Dutch champions FC Ajax at Das.Goldberg Stadion, Grödig (Austria) (live stream on RBL's YouTube and Facebook channels). The game will draw the team's training camp to a close, with the Red Bulls to travel back to Leipzig later on in the day.
The aim of the match against Al-Hilal is to give Jesse Marsch and his coaching team a chance to assess all the players in the camp, as well as allowing those returning from the European Championship, who joined team training later, an opportunity to gain some additional match practice. The squads for both games will be named in the near future.
